Interview
After completing your registration and submitting the form, one of our consultants will get in touch by phone or email to talk through your details, current situation, and any suitable job opportunities near you.
If we move forward, we’ll ask you to complete an application form and submit your CV, along with any supporting documents such as references, proof of your Right to Work, a valid DBS certificate, valid CSCS card, and two official documents to prove your identity and your home address.
Depending on the role, some employers may also require you to have your own PPE, hand tools, and a valid Business Use Motor Insurance policy.
Don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready — we’ll guide you through what’s needed and we may be able to assist where possible.

Work
Once you’ve completed your registration and interview, and we’ve received all your required documentation along with your two most recent employer references, the next step is onboarding.
At this stage, we’ll provide you with a statutory Employee Handbook, which includes everything you need to know about us and your role — including the hiring company, your work location, reporting manager, pay rate, payment schedule, working hours, timesheet and policy procedures, your responsibilities, and, if you’re joining us temporarily, the duration of your employment.
