"The secret to successful hiring is this: look for the people who want to change the world." – Marc Benioff
We believe that the most effective support comes from cultivating genuine connections between our agency, candidates and clients, ensuring that everyone feels valued and well cared for. We recognise that trust, transparent communication and a commitment to fulfilling promises are essential to you and they are equally important to us.
Our Approach

At Swift Employment Services Limited, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer and actively promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We take pride in offering a workforce who excel in their respective fields. We recognise the importance of having staff who can perform their duties safely and deliver exceptional service. Ensuring that you have reliable and trustworthy personnel is our highest priority.

With our expertise in recruitment, we actively promote every candidate to local companies that align with their abilities and goals. We provide solutions that give employers the confidence to build and grow their teams effectively. Our approach is fully tailored to your organisation’s needs, focusing not only on experience but also on cultural fit.

As the first choice for local job seekers, we have access to a broad pool of *pre-qualified talent ready to meet your staffing needs.

Depending on the complexity of the brief, we can either do this by telephone or conduct a comprehensive on-site visit with each client to thoroughly understand their business, recruitment needs and company culture. As mentioned before, we deliver top-tier talent on both local and national levels, supported by our permanent placement rebate and **temporary worker guarantee. We provide data insights and market intelligence to inform strategic hiring decisions. Our communication is transparent and honest, with a strong commitment to listening to and acting on feedback. We take pride in maintaining compliance and upholding the highest ethical standards in all of our business practices.

Now that we have your brief and your instruction for us to assist you with filling a vacancy, we are already armed with a solid understanding of your requirements. We will then provide a quotation for your approval and a signature to confirm your agreement of our General Terms and Conditions of Business. We can then move forward by establishing a credit account with an appropriate credit limit. In addition to the search and selection process and some HR functions, the hourly charge rate will also include the cost of: Employer’s/Employees' National Insurance, liability and indemnity insurance, holiday pay, and weekly wages and tax deductions for hourly paid staff. Lunch breaks are not paid. We’ll handle all HMRC administrative tasks and provide you with a straightforward, itemised invoice to settle within the agreed terms of 7, 14, 30, or 60 days.

At this stage, we will begin the meticulous process of searching and filtering our extensive database to match your job description and specifications. Rest assured, we handle all candidate and client sensitive information securely with the utmost care, consideration, and confidentiality. We’ll keep you regularly updated on our progress, providing details of interested, available and suitable candidates, along with shortlists to assist you in making the final decision. Our communication is proactive, clear and consistent.

Before we introduce or recommend any potential candidates, whenever possible, first we meet them in person or via video call to thoroughly understand their personality, skills, experience, and career aspirations. We are committed to personally meeting each candidate before introducing them to our clients.
Before an applicant is officially hired and a start date is set, we can provide a candidate profile with key information to facilitate the new hire's integration into your team, ensuring they adhere to your company’s policies and onboarding procedures. Please note, the new employee will have already completed our own onboarding process, which includes an agency handbook, details about their role and expectations, payment terms, and what they can expect from us.

*A minimum of two employment references verified, one character reference, Right to Work verification, Proof of Address and Photo ID and Proof of relevant qualifications and training certifications.
**If you’re not satisfied with the individual we’ve provided, a nominated person/authorised representative of the company must notify us within the first 4 hours of their assignment starting, there will be no charge, and a replacement will be promptly arranged, subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Business.
